The Ridge Lacrosse family lost two of its former players earlier this year to tragic accidents. On March 10, USMC Captain Henry Ford Shaw was killed during a training exercise when the blackhawk helicopter he was traveling crashed. On March 21, Terrance Scott tragically lost his life to a skiing accident in Vermont. Ford Shaw wore #3 while at Ridge and Terrance Scott wore #32.
As a tribute to these young men, the coaches and staff have designed two helmet stickers - honoring each player. These stickers signify the brotherhood of Ridge Lacrosse and that each former, current and future player will always be a part of this special group. Please keep these boys and their families in your thoughts and prayers this season.
